Bird Watching

The weather today at Whispering Hills Cabins looks like rain moving in, nice calm overcast day now. What a beautiful time to drink your coffee or tea on your private deck and watch the wild birds feed. There are large woodpeckers like the Pileated red head, yellow and pink finches, Cardinals and large Red Birds. Once in awhile you might also see an Osprey which are beautiful to watch fly. Beaver Lake is known also for the Loons and of course the majestic Bald Eagles.

On every deck of the cabins I keep bird feeders full of Black Oil Bird seed, they say this seed is like “filet mignon” for the birds. The Honeymoon cabin and the Country Blue cabin have a porch swing. The swings are so relaxing and such an awesome way to unwind while watching the birds.

So if your a real bird watcher and you want to look for many interesting and birds on Beaver Lake ,then I would go to “Book Now” and set up your next reservation to Whispering Hills Cabins on scenic Beaver Lake Arkansas.
